Stephanie brings twelve years experience of contract audit and quality monitoring to ISO9001, Ofsted, Matrix and other quality standards.
Prior to setting up the business, Stephanie spent 5 years as a Quality & Business Improvement Manager for a national private training provider, with responsibility for developing and implementing an ISO9001 Quality Management System, managing a country-wide team of Quality Managers, and improving performance.
With experience of successful project and contract implementation, management and development for government funded training provision, and 6 years within contract management for Jobcentre Plus, Stephanie has excellent knowledge of industry standards and good practice, and works to exceptionally high standards.
