When we started over 10 years ago, our main goal was to help organisations to improve the quality of their service delivery and their performance. We supported many organisations to achieve good Ofsted inspection outcomes through our audit, mock inspection and continuous improvement services. Even now, independent external validation remains a strong evidence base for the quality of an organisation's service, as well as helping you get an honest perspective of your delivery.
Our quality audit can help you identify and address areas for improvement in the quality of delivery, contract compliance, and other aspects of your service, helping you maximise performance and improve customer satisfaction. You may want to seek confirmation of what you already know, or may need a snapshot on which to base business development, reorganisation or other decisions. You may just need an extra pair of hands to maintain your own audit system while you recruit, restructure or train staff.
We are experienced in the delivery of government funded contracts and systems audits. We use a variety of methods to assess the activities including document reviews, observation, staff and customer interviews. The features of our service are:
